Changes to Invoice and Reminder Notifications

At Eteck, we are continuously striving for improvement. To further optimize our services, we will be transitioning to a new payment system as of October 1, 2024.

You currently pay us via direct debit, and that process will remain unchanged. However, starting from October 1, our monthly invoices, reminders, final, and annual statements will have a new layout. Below you will find an example of such a message (in Dutch).

The Payment Process

We will debit the outstanding amount from your account around the 27th of the month. If this attempt fails, we will make another attempt around the 10th of the following month. Should the second attempt also be unsuccessful, you will receive a notification from us around the 18th with a direct payment link. This is a new feature that allows you to quickly and easily complete the payment from an Dutch account of your choice. This reduces the likelihood of errors.
