Our heat network will soon be installed under your future home. Through this heat network we supply heat to homes in various ways. We use a variety of technologies to do this. The choice of technology depends on the space available, the condition of the soil in your district and the (development) plans in the area. The process towards renewable heat

Via the contractor or during a residents’ evening, you have been told that Eteck will be your heat supplier. In the coming years we will supply renewable heat (and possibly also hot tap water and cooling) to your home. We will be happy to explain to you how you can quickly start living comfortably in your new home.

Are you planning to build your own house?

When it comes to building your own home, there is much to consider. We will be happy to help you with decisions relating to the heating system in your home. Because your bathroom with that new rain shower may look fantastic, you do want it to be a warm shower and you need to have sufficient hot water available. So sign up as a future resident as early as possible and we will take you through the entire process. From the installation space you need to reserve, to determining the capacity of the heat pump and the installation of an outdoor sensor on the house. We are there for you!

Buying a regular newly built home is exciting as well. When you buy the house, you also sign a contract with Eteck. This ensures that you can live comfortably once you have received the keys. Therefore, sign up as a future resident as early as possible and we will take you through the entire process.
